How buying works, how quotes work, and what happens after you pay.
Two lanes: stocked items at a published price with card checkout, and everything else quoted to the requirement.
Items that show a price and an Add to cart control. Their price is refreshed every morning and confirmed again at checkout. If the confirmed price differs from what you saw, checkout stops and asks you before taking payment.
Software and licensing, configured hardware, volume orders, anything out of stock, and any purchase that needs a purchase order, net terms or a tax exemption. Add items to your quote cart or describe what you need on the quote request page.
Type the manufacturer part number, the UPC or the CnergyPro item number into the search box. Exact matches open the item; otherwise you get a results list you can filter.
Yes. Use the compare control on any product card to add up to four items, then open Compare to see the specifications side by side with differences highlighted.
No minimum for stocked items. Volume pricing is handled through a quote.
A quote is a written offer you can approve, send to purchasing, or come back to.
You get an acknowledgement immediately. The quote follows once availability and pricing are confirmed; configured and software items can take longer than stocked hardware.
30 days from the date it is issued unless the quote states otherwise. After that, availability and pricing are re-confirmed.
Yes, through the quote. Tell us on the quote request and the quote comes back with the arrangement written in. Card checkout on the shop cannot carry purchase orders or terms.
Tick tax exempt on the quote request and send the exemption certificate when asked. Exemptions are applied to the quote, not at card checkout.
Yes. Choose your organisation type on the request so the quote carries the right paperwork.
Payment is taken before anything is ordered. Nothing is placed on your behalf until the payment clears.
Major cards through Stripe Checkout. Card details go to Stripe and are never stored by CnergyPro.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Exempt organisations buy through a quote.
Prices come from a daily refresh. If a manufacturer or distributor price moved since the morning refresh, checkout shows the confirmed price before you pay.
Where the manufacturer publishes an MSRP that is above our price, it is shown as MSRP for reference. It is never a former price.
A paid order is placed by a person, then tracked and confirmed by email at each step.
Stocked items are placed with the supplier the next business day after payment clears, and ship from the supplier's warehouse. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it exists. We do not promise a ship date the supplier has not given.
To business addresses in the United States. For other destinations, request a quote.
From the shipping confirmation email, or under Orders in your account when signed in.
If an item cannot be sourced at the confirmed price within one business day, the order is refunded in full to the original card and you are told why.
Manufacturer warranty applies as published by the manufacturer.
Returns follow the terms of sale and the manufacturer's return rules for the item. Unopened stocked hardware can usually be returned within the window stated on the terms page; software, licences and configured items are generally not returnable once issued. Contact us before sending anything back.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs. We arrange the replacement or return with the supplier.
The manufacturer. Warranty uplifts and support plans are quoted with the hardware when you ask for them.
An account keeps orders, quotes and addresses together. Browsing, the cart and quote requests work without one.
No. Card checkout works as a guest. An account lets you see order history, saved addresses and the quotes sent to your organisation.
Accounts belong to an organisation. Ask us to add colleagues and we set them up under the same organisation.
They are kept on your device so they work without signing in.
